It would depend on where you plan to camp on your sheep hunt. The tipi tents need to be staked out. This can be tricky when you camping above treeline in sheep country and its hard to find good pegging ground. I prefer a free a standing dome tent for camping on the sheep ridges. But late season I would stay lower down in the trees and enjoy the space and stove that a tipi can offer.
