Wet n wild Mellow Wine has been my favorite blush for almost two years! I love it so much I wear it year round even though I have a fair/light skin tone. My first one broke so I have the new packaging and I think they changed the formula bc it's a lot less powdery in the pan now but still super soft and just as pigmented, I don't see a noticable shade difference either except when I swatch it next to the old one I ruined by repressing with a setting spray, they look a bit different but I'm pretty sure that's bc when I repressed it a lot of pigment transfered to the paper towel which was the reason I ended up buying a new one.
Favorite make up? At this moment the blushbaby blush from Mac for my fall fair skin, and I’m loving the Walk of no shame lipstick by Charlotte Tilbury. Im also loving the pillow talk eye palettes. I’m still looking for a new highlighter. Favorite book is Skyward 😁
Ohhh have the midnight library and invisible life... audiobooks waiting for me! Just wrapping up the mistborn series - on the last leg of hero of ages first! There’s no fall where I live :( but loving the cosrx snail mucin to help with acne! Thanks for all the great recommendations Emily!
I WISH we could do the same as in the Midnight Library. Itd be awsome. Also I'm definitely going to try that foundation because I tried the other things from that line as per your recommendation and they're so good especially now with masks. I feel like that whole line is a hit
Mellow Wine blush is also my favourite for autumn! Gel pot eyeliner by Inglot in shade 63 which is brick orange/red, PML 400 LaBeija lipstick and any olive green eyeshadows, matte or sparkly. I love how your jumper, lipstick, hair colour and complexion go together. It's almost Christmasy, in a good way❤️
I'm watching this video Oct 17 in Minnesota. It snowed with accumulation this morning.😫 I haven't been wearing makeup recently but I got a Malin+Goetz mojito lip balm in my Ipsy bag. It's wonderful! Also Eco Lips Mongo Kiss Lip balm is super.😁

You convinced me to try blush for the first time and I bought mellow wine a year ago and I love it. The pigment is not an issue for me as I apply rather sparingly and have more of a medium skin tone. But I've definitely had "clown-days" where my hand was a little too heavy. Sadly, I haven't really worn any make up since March because I don't leave the house and if I do, I wear a mask. :(

The Mandelic Acid 5% Skin Prep Water caught my attention. Is it like a very soft chemical exfoliant? Bcs I've been looking for one of those and your review + the amazing price is tempting me. If not, could you recommend any exfoliant? I read chemical ones are the best for your skin, as they are more efficient and cause less damage. Maybe something with salicylic acid? It is a chemical exfoliant! There are different kind of AHAs (glycolic acid, lactic acid...) and mandelic acid is a gentle version. Salicylic acid is a kind of BHA (a different kind of chemical exfoliant). Personally BHA works good as a spot treatment but my skin reacts better to AHA in general.
I read To be taught, if fortunate & Home Before Dark after watching your videos and loved them both! Now I can't wait to finish the book I'm currently reading (The Starless Sea - Erin Morgenstern) and start The Midnight Library :D
