how long does it take from signing the contract to get your PD? I'm in the US and my employer said it's going to take about half a year, I'm thinking about choosing WWH instead

If you are already in the US, our recruiting team would need to review your immigration case to determine the timeline. You are welcome to email recruiting@healthstaff.org with your question along with details on your current visa status and a recruiter will follow-up with you.

Sad to say, Atty. Mike’s prediction for March2023 PD may be inaccurate now because of the huge backward retro for the July visa bulletin.

It depends on the priority date listed in the monthly US Visa Bulletin and your country of birth. The June US Visa Bulletin should be published soon (as of the date of this posting). It is not good anyone stays dormant waiting for green card. One has to be working and developing on all good skills. If not ,it is really stressful waiting especially in the face of retrogression. Our dreams will come real one day.

Excellent point - the immigration process takes time and patience and is a great opportunity to continue growing in-patient bedside nursing experience and grow savings for life in the USA.
