We babied this coach. Should be a real steal for the next owners. She ran up and down the hills of TN and KY like a champ! Our “camping family” grew and we needed more space. Otherwise, we would still own it. Buy with confidence, at a price FAR below the cost of a new model! Happy Camping!

Fun tip: If you want to get sharpie marker off any hard surface you can use any kind of alcohol. Even a bit of hand sanitizer on a tissue would work to remove that if the buyers don't want a signature. But who'd wanna get rid of it?

Greyhawka are like the optimum of the US they cost a bit more than your average Class c but they have more amenities and features (the optimum is the top of the range jayco Motorhome in Australia)
I'm always so buried in what I do here that I rarely have the chance to "come up for air" to see what's going on in foreign markets.
This is one of my favorite class c floor plan. It’s very livable. I’ve seen this model in person. My other favorite is also a Jayco product, the Entegra 29v.

I was excited till I saw they only put one nightstand on the bed. Both the wife and I love a night table or stand of some sort for books, water jugs and whatever on both sides. The unit does really show that the owners hardly used it and took very good care of it. I am sure someone will be very happy with this purchase!

It's a power gear system. Not a schwintek if that's what you're curious about.

Jayco greyhawk does not use azdel. How important is it if planning using the RV for long term? Thanks
I don't think Azdel significantly improves the lifespan of an RV provided you maintain it properly. It reduces weight and has some other benefits like sound dampening that are nice.
I see plenty of older RVs here without Azdel that have held together just fine. The owner really is the determining factor in an RV's lifespan

Is there a full-time and non-full-time warranty difference in motorhomes?
In the Motorized segments we are currently exclusive with Jayco who does not have any special allowances with their warranties. Other brands may have variances in their assurances.
I know its probably sold, but can you get to the rear bed with the slides closed from the cab?

It's been 4 hours since this vid was posted, so it's already been sold
I was actually curious, so I hopped over to the sales manager's office to check.
There was nothing in the sold reservations log book at the time. Sales manager asked what I was looking. When I mentioned this RV he said a sales person was in the process of accepting a $10,000 deposit on it at the time while the folks made their final financial arrangements
So it's not already *sold*, but sure looks to be headed that way. Seems you weren't wrong. Crazy this season...
