It seems to me that Pastor Doug gave a very sound and clear Biblical unscrambling of misunderstood Scripture. His depth and clarity not only is amazing but astonishing too. Boom, boom, boom, every idea he unscrambled seemed to me to be Biblically sound and solid, and, as a "prosecuting attorney" he left the "defense," defenseless. Summary? - "In Christ Jesus we receive our salvation, outside of Christ we are lost forever." CHRIST ABOVE ALL, no other option. - john . . . . (Their was a barrister (attorney) in England who won something like 222 cases in a row. Someone asked him how he did it?. He said, "I just do my homework". Doug certainly does his homework, doesn't he?)

Jesus didn't come do away with the law, but to full fill it. Do will still go by the ten commandments?
Bumpride: that's a good question, but some people say the 10 commandments are God's law, not the law of Moses. I mean, I would say for the most part yes, we still should go by the 10 commandments. Although I rarely go to church, so I'm not sure how I'm doing on the keeping the Sabbath thing. But I don't know. There are various opinions on that. But I mean as far as salvation goes, of course works don't get us into heaven.

This is just a friendly FYI. I love that Pastor Doug was at a Reservation with the "Navajo" and I use the parentheses because an X of mine who has passed but I'm still friends with his mom they don't call themselves Navajo anymore. This is because she says that Navajo means the thief, but they didn't steal anything. In fact, we all know that it's extremely the other way around! They call themselves Dine (pronounced din-EH), which means the People. I don't know when Pastor Doug was there nor when they began calling themselves Dine.

When did Jews become white?
Actually the "spirit" of the law is so stressed, that only doing a Commandment with no awe & joy is considered a bird without the wing of awe & wing of joy. The Commandment done does not rise until the Commandment is done again with the spirit, causing both acts to rise.
We read in Torah of G-D warning us to do so, not to follow out of habit but to follow the laws in awe, love & joy with a great emphasis on loving others because "they" and "I" are one & the same child of G-D.One soul.

We are today blessed with Christ in the heavenly places . Eph 1v3 in this mystery epistle .the body of Christ is associated with Christ at the right (calling when we are ressurected to that place ). We are not engrafted today in the olive tree ( which represents Israel in covent relationship with God .
The Mystery of Israel is that Israel now stands Blinded and salvation has come to the Gentiles.

Pinini , You must read the words of the bible exactly as they are, not as you wish them to be. One word can change the whole meaning of a sentence. Revelation 1:14 says, quote, "His head and his hairs were white LIKE wool,as white as snow. You know white as sheeps wool. It isn't referring to texture, rather, color.
14:00 God put them in a land where they will receive their judgment (Leviticus 26:25, Jeremiah 44:29). They forsook the Lord God (1Kings 9:9, Jeremiah 15:6), God sentenced them (Isaiah 65:11-12, Amos 5:2-4).
As a religious Jew who believes that every letter of the Torah is true & holy I of course don't hold by the New T. but one main theme you have here is true. ONLY religious Jews take all our past punishments & future ones as signs of G-D to turn to Him & repent. If you read Genesis 48:5 in the place of Joseph , Jacob put Joseph's sons Ephraim and Manasseh . Also if you read Joshua 13 -> Joshua 21 , you will see how Joshua split the Canaan for the tribes !! Levi was not given an inheritance because they were a nation of Priests for all 12 . But in revelation chapter 7 , you have Joseph instead of Ephraim, and Levi instead of Dan so you have 12 . 12 x 12000 = 144000 . @siafubean: we need to be reminded that we are saved because of our relationship with Christ and not because of the day we worship. As a matter of fact, we should worship God every day. However, God sanctified and hallowed and rested on the Sabbath day. The first few verses you shared are actually speaking of God's anger toward Israel so He took away His hand and all his benefits towards Jerusalem including the celebration of the Sabbath. This was actually punishment to the people!
That's a poor argument we don't get to choose how to serve God he tell us and we obey and he said if you love me you keep my Commandments and he said keep the Sabbath holy because easy that creator of Heaven and Earth

Amazing Facts!!! Why doesnt your Pastor Doug teach about Spiritual Warfare? Is that not needed for the people to come against the attacks of the devil? While prayer is key it alone is not enough. Why is he not teaching it in the last days????

The Remnant of Israel
11 I ask then: Did God reject his people? By no means! I am an Israelite myself, a descendant of Abraham, from the tribe of Benjamin. 2 God did not reject his people, whom he foreknew. All Israel Will Be Saved

Jer 31:34 tell us what the new covenant is, in order to be in this new covenant we read in Romans 10:9, what we're to do, but it doesn't stop there faith is exercise daily, and thats what we do in the new covenant. go and look what I wrote at second.

Seventh Day Adventistism is still considered a cult along the lines of Jehovah’s Witnesses and Mormonism.
Please read Romans ch 11. God has not cast away His people whom He foreknew.....Have they stumbled that they should fall. Certainly not......Now if their fall is riches for the world and their failure riches for the gentiles how much more their fullness.

I like Doug, as many of his lessons are more or less spot on. And that is hard to find today among the many false speakers. I do wish he would follow his commandment as a minister though, to teach of YHWH's (Yahu, concordance H1961, I AM) name as he is instructed to do in scripture. But the point of the comment, he really should go back to his studies on the topic of Israel and stop with traditions.
Such as, show where the marker stone that is mentioned in Deut 27:2-4 is in Israel or anywhere else in the Middle East. This is the marker stone of the entrance to the promise land that will never be removed. Search all you may, you will never find it in Israel nor the Middle East. As that desert, that stolen land by Red Shield aka Rothschild is not Israel of scripture. Nor is it the promise land.

One cannot even remotely understand the NEW COVENANT without properly understanding the old covenant, i.e. all the other various covenants (Adam, Noah, Abraham, Mosaic, David, Levi), and all the covenant promises being “fulfilled” by Jesus Christ.
Are you aware Jesus was prophesized to be a NEW MOSES? Deuteronomy 18:18.
Leading a NEW EXODUS like Moses through “water (Baptism) and Spirit (Laying of Hands)” John 3:5 fulfilling Ezekiel 36:25-27 prophecy being “reborn” no longer liturgically bound by the old “written” covenant law (Baptism is per Romans 6:3-13 and explained in Romans 7:6)???
Establishing a NEW ISRAEL by choosing “12 Apostles” to represent the “12 Tribes” and gathering them all into the “NEW HEAVEN AND NEW EARTH” where “ALL MANKIND” can come to worship Him (both Jew and Gentile alike) fulfilling Isaiah 66:22-23 prophecy???
Through Jesus Christ the NEW ADAM (Romans 5:12-18) we become part of the NEW CREATION (2 Corinthians 5:17, Galatians 6:15) as “adopted” sons and daughters of GOD (Galatians 4:4-7)???
How like Moses Jesus went up on a mountain and gave us NEW LAW in the NEW COVENANT that “fulfill” (Matthew 5:17, Romans 13:8, 10, Galatians 5:14), elevate and “perfect” the old covenant laws (Matthew 5:1-12 and especially John 13:34, 15:12, 15:17, 1 Corinthians 9:21, Galatians 6:2)???
