Even though there is no bedroom slide I wouldn’t tow this trailer with a half ton truck. Even though the new half tons have high towing ratings, you need the heavy duty frame of a 350/2500.
Half-ton trucks lack two things when it comes to towing something this large: sufficient payload and adequate braking. This requires a 3/4-ton or 1-ton pickup. You might be able to tow it but try stopping it going down a hill. Also, it's a numbers game: payload on a half-ton seldom exceeds 2000 lbs and the combined pin weight + hitch weight often go more than 2200 lbs. Also, ignore the "dry pin weight" number; this is total fiction and extremely misleading. Any salesman who promotes this "number" should be ignored.
This 5th-wheel has a 10995 lb GVWR. Pin weight (king pin) is going to be 20% to 22% of this number. This means your pin weight will be in the 2199 to 2419 lbs range. Add the hitch to the bed of the truck (152 lbs for a Reese Slider Hitch) Definitely not something a half-ton can safely handle.
I prefer a split sink and 4 chairs at the table...

I know it’s a couple years old I’m curious what was the lowest price of it? I do have a half ton truck that can pull that but I live in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. I’d like the quality of the trailer.😊

Some brand new ram 1500 have under 1,000 lbs of cargo capacity.
There might be one in a hundred properly configured 1/2 tons that could handle it. Don’t be fooled by sales pitches just to make money. Do your research, get the proper numbers, it’s your life and other on the road not the guy who sold it to you and made his commission. Buy the right truck for the trailer.
Three slides and it’s half ton towable, maybe if you don’t put anything in it and your the only one in the truck, but once you load the trailer and truck with two people, a full tank of fuel, two propane bottles, 200lbs for the hitch, all your camping gear, full fresh water tank, yeah you may be able to tow it but it’s going to be over your cargo weight on your truck, half ton towable means the dry weight and hitch weight will be legal to tow with a half ton empty !!! Sorry just stating facts, do your research

There are quite a free outlets throughout the trailer. In the kitchen, there are numerous on the bottom

I have a 1500 Chevy and I’m really interested, if you don’t mind me asking. What are you pulling it with ? I just don’t think my truck could do the job lol
@@wilbournefreightinc.333 , we pull it with a 2016 RAM 2500. Pulls great. Personally, I don't think the 1500 are enough truck yet some say it's fine. We took a 6000 mile trip with no issues. Totally impressed on all counts.
