Cricut design space iPad This is a quick tutorial showing you how to download font on your iPad to use in cricut design space or just in general for the iPad. The app you need to install is Anyfont its only $1.99 and the place I like the most to get my free fonts is Dafont.

I was upset that my MacBook Pro was too old of a version to work with my Cricut, but thanks to the Cricut Bluetooth Adapter I am able to use my iPad Pro 2nd Gen 12.9” with Apple Pencil! THANK YOU FOR SHOWING ME HOW!!!!!

I can’t get this way to work although your instructions seem clear and helpful! When in IFont I tap the install button, then allow to download I get the message “profile downloaded - review the profile in settings app to install”. When I go to settings all the fonts are there and everything looks great but when I go to Cricut page and tap “text” and system - none of them are there! They are,in Ifonts, settings and files but I still can’t get them to the Cricut page! Sooooo frustrating!!!! What am I doing wrong?
Same thing is happening to me I already had them now they won’t show 😫
If your device is running iOS 14 it won’t work because my phone is iOS 13.6 and worked like a charm but NOT my iPad running iOS 14!

I cannot get anything to open in this app. It just goes right to FileApp and i cannot figure out how to even get the option to change that. I downloaded anyfont and its not coming up as an option anywhere.....

This isn’t working for me. I get a message saying I need to go to my setting to allow profiles. I do that and it appears that the front is downloaded when I look back at the AnyFont app, but the fonts are not coming up in DS. I’m at a total loss.

I’ve even tried several other websites and I’ve come to the conclusion that it’s the app and now I’m out the 1.99 which really makes me angry and frustrated

thank you very much for your message and for using AnyFont.
Unfortunately, there is a critical bug in version 2.14 of AnyFont which prevents newly added fonts to show up. I have already submitted a new version to the app store, which fixes that problem and requested an expedited review from Apple. The new version should be available on the app store shortly.
I am sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you and hope Apple will approve the new version soon.

Kellie Crawford I had this issue as well but so read some where else that if you refresh the cricut app and reopen it then all the fonts will pop up. Which worked for me. I hope it does for you as well

Yes this will work on your iPhone and it just depends on how much storage your phone or iPad has :)

It’s the new iOS! Because I installed it on my iPhone 11 and that’s running iOS 13.6 and it worked but my iPad is iOS 14 and it doesn’t!
Why do you need to install the app Anyfont?
I downloaded any font but can’t get anything to work it goes to my downloaded files and I can’t open them.
Kathy Fugate try opening AnyFont and at the top will have a plus sign, click on that and press iCloud Drive on the bottom of the list and open it that way.
And then go to your settings-general-profiles
This was a good tutorial, just one problem.....you talked way.....too FAST. Please slow down. If you are an experienced user maybe you would be able to catch the process but for beginners I just think it was way too fast. I don’t typically criticise, (I mean this more as a suggestion), but in order to be helpful I felt like I had to make a suggestion. Thank you for your help. I think if I listen to it a couple of times I’ll be able to get it.

Brandi Ray I think U have to download Cricut in the App Store everything will pop up that’s what happen to me, if U haven’t found it already.

I had this same issue. Go into anyfont and click install own fonts then go to the plus on the top and click Dafont then search the font you want and download then click on the font in anyfont and click install then it’ll direct you to fix your profile settings and that is where you download them
