    Getting a good job feels more like trying to get into a fraternity or sorority these days.
    Meanwhile at most stages in my career I’ve witnessed gross incompetence, lack of relevant experience and job skills from management.
    Sorry if I don’t have the exact personality, looks, background and ideology that would make you want to be best friends with me, but guess what, I’m still worthy of working with your organization… hire who is qualified, not who you “like”

    How disappointed should you be ,if you find out, the position already has a candidate the hiring manager is interested in. Should you just go through the motions. Should you apply for another position with that company?

    Hello, this video was definitely too short, we could have listened to advice and tips from him for at least a half an hour, especially somebody with his amount of experience. Please have him back for a longer interview. Thank you.

    The 90 second rule is foolish; you can't possibly know in that short of time. Especially when the interview lasts an hour.
