i agree about very feminine clothing making me feel less comfortable. i love seeing people in skirts, dresses, and heels, and do love to dress up for fun on my own, but once i go in public, i feel like i’m pretending to be a glamorous baddie when i’m a skater bum baddie

I have a baby who just turned a year this month. She used to be a great sleeper. Since her bad sleep begin, we have sleep trained her 2x and we are on our 3rd try. She slept ALL NIGHT last night for the first time in a very long time. I’m so rested this morning! 😂

I'm a guy; and I'm NOT being facetious when I say that, while previewing this video (I'm choosing an ASMR video in advance, to watch after my bath...when I go to bed), this is a lot like watching a 'female' version of a Bob Ross (the famous painter) video, and is at least just as relaxing! By that, I mean that, while having no intention of learning how to produce magnificent art (I'm not talented for it), listening to and observing the instructions is incredibly relaxing!

Maria has gotten married, had a baby, moved a ton, built an ASMR empire, and somehow looks younger and more beautiful then ever. Especially without makeup. We're not worthy
Watching how gentle Maria is with her face makes me realize how rough I am to mine. I basically punch my lashes onto my eyes with gorilla glue and drill my foundation on with a car buffer and feel like a pretty girl. To take it off, I basically use boiling hot water out of a fire hose for 10 seconds and then go to bed while slamming my face onto my pillow to watch nice videos like this at 3 AM.
I like how gentle she is to almost anything! She’s always in such a good mood and just attracts people with her good vibes! I wish she was my friend! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
A friend of mine once said about a friend of hers who stayed over in her and her husband's house, and who came down to a casual weekend breakfast wearing make-up, that she felt sad that maybe her friend didn't feel safe enough to be who she is with them. She didn't mean it at all judgmentally, it was just an observation and maybe feeling like that that relationship of trust works both ways and a recognition that it does take bravery and trust and being okay with being vulnerable to show ourselves to others. So thank you for trusting us and it is always lovely to see you, in whatever way you appear xxx.
I loved that too 😊 when my little boy was still waking up for 1 feed a night at 10 months old I faced so much pressure (from a family member) to force him to drop it. But it felt totally manageable for me to feed him and then he and I would go straight back to sleep. I didn't want to take "drastic measures" just because he was "supposed" to not need it. I actually felt like that would cause more problems. And hey, guess what, 6 weeks later he'd dropped it all by himself because he was ready. And 6 months later he did the same thing with his morning feed. So the whole thing came to an end very naturally.
My baby will be 10 months and still feeds once at night and again around 5/6am. His pediatrician said he is nice and healthy so I don’t worry about it. I have had some family members tell me to “fix it” but as long as my baby is healthy I’ll keep listening to his needs.
With our son it was the other way around. He slept through the night very quickly. I got a lot of nasty comments from "friends". I felt very insecure at that time. Lets just get of each others back. We all do what we think is best for our kids.

The rain is just absolutely outstanding!! I personally love the natural sounds that come though. Many ASMRists are very very worried about external sounds (trains, planes, natural noises) but I find them extremely relaxing when they're included. Makes it feel more real.

these simple kind of videos are my favourite. As much as I love and appreciate the time and professional execution of the roleplays and other vids, theres something about the feel of old school maria that is so wonderful.
I don’t get much sleep either😞 my baby still wakes up in the middle of the night for feeds. The Dr says he is old enough to sleep through the night but he is a baby and doesn’t care what the dr says 🙃 I am doing the same and just letting him sleep when he wants and not on a schedule
It's J.E & Ace I think this is the best approach. Go with the baby and their freewill 😊 I was lucky enough as my little has always been the best sleeper but only under one condition- I had to be near him all the time 😊 so he just sleeps in his bed beside ours and we all have a good night’s sleep almost each night 🙂
I've watched this video at LEAST once a day since it came out. SO SO SO many tingles! I have three babies, from ten to 8 months and it’s so encouraging to hear you talk about your baby’s sleep. I never let any of my babies cry it out and I’m still now waking up every two hours for the smallest. The pressure from doctors and family is real but I know being there for my baby until they grow out of it is the right choice. Tired moms unite!

these simple kind of videos are my favourite. As much as I love and appreciate the time and professional execution of the roleplays and other vids, theres something about the feel of old school maria that is so wonderful.
I don’t get much sleep either😞 my baby still wakes up in the middle of the night for feeds. The Dr says he is old enough to sleep through the night but he is a baby and doesn’t care what the dr says 🙃 I am doing the same and just letting him sleep when he wants and not on a schedule
It's J.E & Ace I think this is the best approach. Go with the baby and their freewill 😊 I was lucky enough as my little has always been the best sleeper but only under one condition- I had to be near him all the time 😊 so he just sleeps in his bed beside ours and we all have a good night’s sleep almost each night 🙂

I love everything about this!! The old-school style, the rain sounds, the visual atmosphere and the fact that this isn't a roleplay (don't get me wrong, your roleplays are always amazing).
I have three babies, from ten to 8 months and it’s so encouraging to hear you talk about your baby’s sleep. I never let any of my babies cry it out and I’m still now waking up every two hours for the smallest. The pressure from doctors and family is real but I know being there for my baby until they grow out of it is the right choice. Tired moms unite!
