Is it possible that some like these are not written to be danced? I also understood that some polskas were not in three beats (sometimes 5?). I don't know if this is true and what dance variations go with it. Can you tell me more about this? (I have just realized this video was published a long time ago)
Everything is perfect ! I love the sound of the wooden flute (is it an irish flute ?), especially the trembling effect ! But the other instruments do equally well, and the nyckelharpa is a wonderful invention !

I found notes to this @www.folkwiki.se/Musik/365. The 4th and 12th measures have F# in the ascent but it does not seem that you play it that way. Am I correct or mistaken?

Mary Harder it is trad. No known composer. 1700s or first half of 1800s is my guess. It was passed on by a spelman from Hälleforsnäs, County Södermanland
