Tommy, you have got to have a special place in paradise. I was thinking that yoga is bullshit, but how wrong a human being can be! Thank you for the work you are doing, please keep on going. There are no right words to describe my feelings. I have just watched a video of yours, the protocol one, and I must mention that your skin in comparison to what is in that video, has nothing to do with what you have at the moment. You look younger!Your skin is glowing. Thank you once again! Hope the amount of your subscribers will turn to 20m soon. All the best to you!

All the best, you got this. My boyfriend overcame his addiction two years ago. I am sure you can also do it. Do not let it kill you, kill it yourself and enjoy yourself

@@shafarasulova7988 hi shafa to be honoust im having a very hard time but i will not let this kill me. I am doing my best to overcome this. Walking a lot doing yoga lifting weights etc everything hurts from within and my mind is all over the place especially stuck in the past. A lady who works at the government offered me some help. My head and body feels like a wreck without drugs but ive decided not to take it even if it will kill me so be it.. how have you been and your bf is he still clean ? Thank you very much for asking i appreciate !

NO ONE NO ONE You keep it up man. I lost my brother cause of it when I was 15, now I am 26 and still cannot get over it. So be kind to yourself and appreciate your decision as you are strong enough to overcome it when you are alive. Do not let it overcome you. When you think about your past, think about things you were doing but stopped cause of it, as you cannot notice or might have forgotten what you loved to do. He is fine for years now, you ain’t different from those who managed to overcome their addiction. Try to remember what you were without it and analyze how being without it is changing your life. Think about it like a bad holiday which is in the past now and now you have only left with the best future you are about to have
