As in like recoil control? Cause there's pros that aim exactly like that. I aim not as good but I hit only head for full mags at 9 meters away (average kill distance in siege) with every gun but F2, Scorpion, LMG's (I don't use LMG except on Meatball man, Amaru and Ying and that's due to not having a choice) it's actually pretty easy once you spend the time figuring out sensitivities.

Attacking operator idea
He would have 2 abilities that could be swapped, as with Zofia and Captain.
