I wish I would have found a saw like this years ago! It does everything that we have asked of it so far. I probably would not try to use it all day cutting 2X boards, but it's just the right size to throw in a job bag vs. your conventional heavy circular saw. Operating instructions very clear. Forget about the track you're building. That circular saw miter station (I don't know what to call it actually so I'm just guessing) shown at 9:50 is the one that caught my attention. Where can I get my hands on that bad boy? Awesome looking tools.
Hi very nice. Did you put the piece against a level after you made your cut ? I put my Dewalt circular saw against a level and I cut a 4 foot plywood , after I make the cut I put my piece against a level and I see a gap in the middle. Blade is perpendicular to the plate of my saw and also my plate is very clean. What could be the problem?
Thanks for the guidance! Amazing jig... if you let me a tip, try to do progressive stages with trimmer/router. Doing this in a single stage may broke your equipment or cause accident
If you have got such good workshop and this variety of tools including a track saw,why you are wasting wood,efforts and time on making this, or is this a hobby. If you are smart ,make this track saw without all this or with minimum. Such a waste of time and expectation !

Well done! I like the idea of just have to place the saw on a plate and then you are ready to go. I will do one myself.
You need to paint it or it will warp due to moisture. No point using a warped track
