Wow - just listened to you for the first time and I now love you! You expressed EXACTLY how I feel when I listen to Olivia! I get totally entranced and emotional when I watch/listen to her ESPECIALLY when I listen to Lacy then Making the Bed then Logical then the Grudge- I’m usually in tears 😢. I’m with you about LOGICAL - I’ve not yet heard her sing that live.

So glad I found your channel 💗Like I said on your other Olivia video, it's very nice to have found someone as passionate about her as me.
Also, with regard to making the bed (a song I love), I do think it's important to find the balance between being gentle with ourselves and challenging ourselves (lovingly) to be responsible for our actions. And I think it's very important to remember that everyone is working with different systemic factors & there are a lot of things out of our control no matter how hard we work. To use the bed metaphor, we all have different mattresses and bed sheets and pillows to work with due to the family situations and bodies we were born into and the society we're living in. Also, we all have different abilities and levels of energy to do the labor of making the bed. Etc
Also imo it's totally fine (and good!) to eat food you enjoy regardless of whether you go to the gym 💗
