- While in quarantine i was feeling pretty down and uninspired, but when i went out to walk my dog, i was listening to Oxnard and this song came on. I went from feeling sad to literally dancing down the sidewalk. i thought some other people might need a little pep in their step too so i chose to cover it!
This song is not build for a 4 string bass so im definitely not playing what the actual bassline is but thats okay, we're just here to have fun.

I’m finally good enough to learn this song! It’s so so much easier now that I’ve been playing for 1,5 years, I tried to play this when I had only played for a few months and I tried really hard but it was too early to play bass lines like this one. This is surprisingly easy now and I’m so happy bc of that !! I’m also using the MXR M82 Bass Envelope Filter which is making this even more fun to play, thanks for this video🙏

Thank you! I recorded thru a focusrite Scarlett 2i2 interface into Logic and messed around with some of the plugins they have until I got to my desired tone ☺️
