HB.Smith Mills! Now that is a boiler! Easy to clean with the access doors on the front. Simple design. These days they love to complicate things with all the wall hung crap that is not even designed for radiators or baseboard heat. The wall hangers are condensing boilers and the plumbers jack up the temp on them to accommodate baseboard which need 180 degree temp to work properly. So basically they turn a condensing boiler into a non condensing boiler that is designed to condense, but,,,,,you get a rebate! LoL!

A plumber told me the same thing. There’s no money in new homes which is probably the reason I have pinhole leaks in my copper pipes.
My understanding is that those pinhole s are caused by acids in the water supply.

Hey Steve do you have propane furnaces there? We have them here in Ontario
Here's a slow pitch for the pro Viewa's. Really respect you all, really! Does a 250/500 gallon propane tank work better with a tank at higher elevation to low (heaters) gravity situation for through wall heaters? What happens if you put a heater on a second floor above the tank? Or does it depend on the temperatra, or season you're using it in (cold winta). I mean I know it's a gas not a fluid.

I bought one of these gas conversion for my Burnham oil burner never had it converted yet was worried green new lib deal haters now they hate gas as well I'm confused still oil is great for heat one tank all season gas is expensive oil best bang for your buck
Plus if they ban gas, biodiesel (B100) will still be legal (it's carbon neutral). We have a supplier local to my town, it burns cleaner than normal #2 heating oil, less soot to clean out of the boiler.
