ABBA - THE 74/ 75 Tour 50 YEARS AGO !!! RARE!!!

RARE photos of A8BA 50 years ago on their Scandinavian and Central European Tour of 74 and 75 ... This year ( 2025 ) ws celebrate 50 years of their iconic album " ABBA " .For those who don't know, A8BA opened their concerts on this tour with Hey,Hey,Helen which is one of my very favourite A8BA songs .Also , Frida took the lead on Rock n Roll Band !! It's incredible !! These live recordings can be found if you search the Internet...On here ,search ABBA in Eskilstuna ....the whole audio of the concert is there ...... hope is that some rare footage of this tour will emerge ! We live in hope ! For now, enjoy these photos from my own personal collection...much love to you all ...T 💕

These are truly wonderful photos. Nice candid shots.. Frida barefoot! Love that . They were all so beautiful then . But they still are today, especially now that we know the extent of all their philanthropic work and generosity . 50 years . Amazing.. so glad to know their legacy has been preserved so that future generations will be able to learn to love them as much as we do.. the world will never know another group like them and we are so lucky they shared their journey and gifts with us all these years.. BTW: hope your trips to Melbourne and Sydney turn out to be the adventures of a lifetime.. Can feel your excitement from here. 😔 Bon voyage.. Yes it's a joy to see young people of today enjoying A8BA too ..at the Voyage digital concerts there are folk of all ages and A8BA were always appealing to all .The A8BA Museum in Stockholm is awesome ,showcasing their careers.. Yes, I'm super excited we're going to Australia and we've already booked a tour of Melbourne Town Hall so we can walk in A8BA ' s footsteps 👣 as in A8BA The Movie 🎬...sending big hugs! T 😃 😊 💛

I don't have any videos of the girls in the cat dresses ,but there are plenty of these on RUclips! I do have tons of photos of them in the cat dresses and can do a photo Montage video for sure yeah 😊❤🎉

Wow, wonderful montage of a tour which seemly has so little footage or info on it. Not seen many of those pictures so this is a real treat, especially as it had so many songs on this first tour dont get the limelight and celebration they should like you mentioned hey hey helen.Thank you for all the work putting it together.
. Now off to track down Frida singing rock me!

@stephenmark9015 Aww Stephen , my pleasure ! I'd have loved to have seen A8BA in 75 and 77 ...thankfully I did see them on 9th November 79 ...just awesome ! I do hope you've seen them too !
