Une voiture incroyable ce V8 m'a toujours fait rêver , j'ai possédé le même modèle en 6 cylindres en ligne mais je veux le V8 rover unique le V8 rover !!!
One of the best looking cars ever made, after the Citroen ds and first Range Rover.Still looks fresh today. If it is sensibly priced could be easily restored to its former glory.
I had a pool car to travel a couple of hundred miles on Company business. It was the 2600 from memory. I discovered why they called it a pool car when I sat in the drivers seat in the morning after a night of heavy rain and got soaked. Thee was also a pool in the passenger footwell. Typical BL build.
It's been on ebay recently , obviously didn't sell , bit of a bitsa but worth doing at the right price , but can the average person afford the fuel anymore ?
Yes I run a 4.7 v8 jeep cherokee I use as a daily doing 700 miles a week its only abit more most peolpe who buy this sort of cars there only use as Sunday car and whqts £20 more in fuel
What model is this ? Looks like a bitsa car really. - It's got Vitesse front lower spoiler. - It's a carb V8, so not a Vitesse. - Vitesse/VdP EFi alloys, but it's neither of those. - 5-speed, so not VdP EFi or std VdP. - Seats all over the place. VdP (carb) leather ? (Std leather in VdP EFi) - It's a D plate, so not an SE or early VdP with std leather. My guess is that it's a 3500 VdP with too many Vitesse bits on it, maybe even a manual conversion as VdP was auto as std.
It's in auction for a reason dude, maybe someone passed away or something. If you want a minter, you need classic car magazine or even better, the SD1 owners club.

Originality is a big issue for many purchasers.
Who cares I Would buy it. Its nice project for someone
The Vanden Plas version, the only good thing about these is the ex Buick small block V8. The rest you best throw away
Totally wrong Sir. One of the best chassis ever made.had some myselfe.
Nice car. Wrong air filter. Non original front and rear spoiler. Rare today.
i want to wat,h the whole Au,tion, like Anglia au,tions .
Looks a right shed does nobody prep cars for sale anymore 🤷♂️
People pass away and some times they don't have time
Plenty of auctions don’t feature prepped cars
