Kevin Secours of course! I learn tons from your materials. I’ve been meaning to ask: if I want to focus on my “connective tissues” more, which of your series would you recommend... the mobility videos? I was blown away by your hip and ankle fluidity in this video, and looking for resources to help me get there too!
Kev I have no faith in Systema as a combat style. But you make me wonder enough to look into it more. Plus all your material is phenomenal. Thank you 🙏🏻. I bought 2 downloads a year ago and it has helped a lot as far as my rehabilitation has gone. Again thank you 🙏🏻 Coach.
A lottttt of systema is crap. I wouldn’t have faith in it either lol. I always say train with teachers not in styles. Truth always exists outside of labels and boxes.
@@Combatprofessor I watch your content for years always wanted to train with you (if you come to Europe tell me)! I train now material arts for a long time and I like your way of teaching! Practicality in movement and speak!
"That's called the 'Combat Teabag'..." almost spat out my water LOL. As always, appreciate the shared laughs and knowledge, sir!
Jesse lol. Thanks for watching. I appreciate it.

Jesse yes I would say mobility level 1 and 2 would give you more than enough material to work on for a long time.
@@Combatprofessor Excellent, I'll have to go snag a copy of them from your site... appreciate the guidance!
