The only piece of advice that I'd give is that you don't need any bells or whistles or even segments. You are great just riffing whatever is on your mind and answering questions and engaging with the audience. You don't even need to try hard or put together segments or whatever
Oh, and within the first minute, you say "...it's not as much structure as last week...which is good!"...awesome! Haha. Like I said above, I think you're amazing and intelligent and absolutely hilarious just riffing off the cuff and hanging out
