    Honestly surprised that so many people discredit the importance of leg drive. I really like how you show the differences with more leg drive.

    Hi coach Ben I am doing 160 kilos bench press but my problem is the accessory work for triceps.heavy dumbbells are difficult to set up for triceps extension or skull crushers,Can lighter narrow grip benches or quarter rep benches help triceps strength? How heavy should I go for narrow grip benches? How many kilos below my one rep max can help me get stronger for heavy benchazzzz?

      Hey my friend, some of my favorite tricep movements are partial range bench exercises. Close grip spoto presses and board presses are all awesome. Pin presses and floor presses too. I would come right to about shoulder width with grip, or a little closer if off high boards

      @@BigBenchas thank you so much how many percent should I go down from my one rep max ? 10kilos or 15 what range can works for strength rather than hypertrophy

      @@mikailaydin7517 Check out PJR Pullovers, those are ones I can go heavy on and doesnt hurt my elbows, Heavy dips also
