I use Apple cider vinegar as a toner and my skin has become practically flawless. I will try it in my hair too because my ecostyler wash and gos are drying my ends I think. Jbco with lavender is awesome. Growing my edges
My hair is about the same as yours and after I watched this video I searched for the B.A.S.K vanilla whiskey soak and the Qhemet Biologics Amla and Olive heavy cream luckily I already had the JBCO which I love and my beloved huetiful hair steamer. I must say I thought twice about buying the Vanilla whiskey hair soak but I'm glad I did because I loved it!!! Then I used the amla and olive heavy cream as a leave in and I loved that too! You're right I never knew what moisturized hair truly felt like until I used that stuff lol can't believe I wasted my money over 2 years trying to find products that would take this beast. BUT I recently tried Shea Moisture's Manuka Honey and Mafura oil hair masque....that stuff is the TRUTH, if you haven't tried it you might want to. Thank you for saving my dry, dyed, tangled, shedding, under moisturized 4b-4c natural hair :-).
Bask YAM Nectar has saved my natural hair's life. I add it to conditioners to make a deep conditioner. My hair feels so moisturized it's ridiculous! Definite staple!
Beautiful hair. I've been using the Qhemet Biologics line almost from the beginning of my natural hair journey and I keep in stock. I also like from that line the Cocoa Tree Detangling Ghee, this works better on our hair dry, great detangler and moisturizer, also the Honey balm but this I have to use when my hair is damp, wet or dry doesn't work for us. Thank you for the video because the porosity thing is really confusing, I think for me mine is low so I going to try the Roux conditioner.
This is a great video! Loved the way you explained why and how you use your favorite products. I also love Qhemet Biologics as well. I layer it on top of my As I Am leave in and then seal with sweet almond oil.
Apple Cider Vinegar is the bomb!! I was having major issues with dandruff and dry itchy scalp. I did a a rinse with it and some warm water and it helped so much! My was so soft afterwards!
Qhemet Biologics is so amazing! Their site has been down for a few months now and I'm having withdrawals. I like the JBCO too, especially for my ends. Those two product s were life savers for me also. I am going to have to try the BASK conditioner and steamer.
I’m a stylist of 24 years and also have done facials / skin care for 12 years. I work at distinctive flair salon in Roanoke Texas. I just started using argan oil about a month ago when our salon started caring the line! So pure!! I’m so impressed with the whole line especially the argan oil! the argan oil is organic certified . Every client I use the argan oil in their hair about 98% of them purchases a bottle! I suggest to you
I agree tht the jbco and qhemet are the truth I also love oyin handmade burt sugar pomade and camille rose almond jai twist butter..and now both r at target. I love saving on the shipping
So glad to see your edges so healthy looking. I wasn't paying attention to them till you mentioned the JBCO. Thnx for the update. Very informative. Much love.
So lovely to see this. I just clicked on another video of yours and was amazed to see how different you look in this video. Your hairline is full, your face is glowing and you just look healthier and so much softer here. Massive congrats to you on being kind to yourself and taking the time to find your way. You're stunning in every way. Thank you for sharing your journey with the world :)
Thank you so much for this. I was struggling with my hair (sulfate damage, w/ dry matted hair) and I've been researching on what should I buy and do. This was very informative. Love allll your vids girl.
Great video. I also use acv in my and my munchkin's hair. Hers is a lot healthier than mine. I've just recently added Jamaican black castrol to my routine. My edges are damages from braids and I have a stress spot :( With luck I can get my hair back where I want it. I'm trying to grow my hair out and have an Angela Davis type afro. Lol. I'll definitely be checking out some of the products in this video. Thanks again
great video i had a bad experience with my hair i had got a hair cut and went back to get it shaped up and the girl cut all my hair but the top i was pissed and mow i have to wait for it to grow back out...so that was a lesson learned...i will be trying some of these products...i had a tapered style...tfs
I really need to get a hair steamer. I hear such good things about them and my ends feel dry. I have to trim them again and I wear protective style, deep condition, keep my hair moisturized and I use no heat and combs only rarely.
Just a friendly FYI: It's Am - La (Ohm -La). Not Al ma. I think since we are not use to seeing the L follow the M, that we naturally switch the letters around. Amla & Olive oil Heavy cream.
Thanks for sharing. I transitioned for 10 months. Then did the big chop. Now my hair is between twa and a medium length idk what to really do to it. I've noticed recently that 2 strand twist last about a week for me. Words of advice? ?
JBCO is currently saving my broken off edges after years of continuously wearing box braid extensions. I've been using it for a month and a half so far, massaging it on my edges 4 to 6 times a week. My edges are now growing back and it's now a staple for me. And I love Apple Cider Vinegar too!
Great video. I love the BASK Vanilla Whiskey and the JBCO and I love love them so much. I really need to invest in a steamer and I will before the next winter. Thank you so much for sharing!!
Thanks so much I'm so happy a found your video my hair came out to but it's growing back slowly seeing and hearing your struggle makes me wanna go on because it does get depressing at times
Thanks girl! I'm gonna try some of these products that you mentioned because I'm at my last resort with my dry natural hair before reverting back to perm(because I am getting fed up)
Dang it. Bask sent me a sample of that whisky stuff and it has been sitting in my stash for almost a year! Gotta go find it and try it ASAP! Yeah the QB amla olive HC is a Holy Grail for me. Yup JBCO is a HG too. Wish I had a hair steamer :( the one I had broke, exploded and the company I got it from wouldn't replace it. See what you just DID! Now I'm headed to Forever 21 to look for these head bans LOL
Thank you for this great video. I hope to try some of the products you mentioned soon. Ugggh I already have a big stash to contend with. I love the JBCO too for edge repair. My hair is most responsible to conditioners so i am tempted by the brands you mentioned. Maybe after i have at least halved the curl junkie repair me conditioner I bought. I love your hair. Some parts of my hair have the ringlets you have but i am not sure if the rest don't turn into ringlets because of damage. Did you have to cut of any hair from damage due to the dye?
I'm actually using the JBCO to repair my edges. Putting my hair in puffs and getting box braids broke my edges.. I was trying to buy it the qhemetic biologics for so long. I've tried the amla one but right now their online store is in construction.
I know, you have to be so careful when doing that...and I think you may be able to get their products on other sites such as sage natuarecutials (not sure if that's spelled right)
JBCO was the first natural product I ever used and it's the truth! Ive used all kinds of pre-poos but in the end nothing is like JBCO and some coconut oil. I have the Amla and Olive Heavy Cream in rotation as well. Palmer's Coconut Deep Conditioner saved my hair from destruction! Lol that's my fave, but any protein is great for me. Lastly, Karen's Body Beautiful Super Duper Hydrating Cream is everything all rolled into one. It's great for my dry crunchy ends lol
Hey MissCake..thanks for this video. I love love your hair. Please is it possible to order for the products through you? All of them except maybe the steamer for now. Thanks

Hey Pretty Lady. I just love how your hair looks. Thanks for the great info, but when you show the products could you please display them longer and not move you hands around so much. Great video Sis! Qhemet Biologics saved my hair TOO! LOL! Carols Daughter Marguerite's Magic and Darcy's Botanicals Curl Styling Cream also saves my hair. Moisture for days. I'm just realizing that they all have very similar textures. Hmmm, I think I made a discovery. LOL! I need to try that shampoo and conditioner you showed to see if my porosity will change. Thanks for sharing!
Hi, first time on your channel and thanks for the products review. Can you please tell me your hair wash routine? We definitely have the same hair type. How often do you wash, co wash and how do you apply your products and in what order. Thanks a lot!
