Without a doubt, this tire is an absolute game changer! I was on the fence about getting the treaded vs the slick because I am a "sidewalk surfer" but it is quiet as can be and handles like a dream! I was on the old original treaded tire with 2K plus miles (Which by the way, is too long to go on a tire) and I didn't even realize how much better it could be until I got this one! I have never tried the Enduro but I can't really see how it could be any better. And carvability.........DAMN!
Thanks so much for the review. How was the install of the wider tire. I know you’re not a slick guy. But do you feel the performance slick would be an upgrade over the enduro
Why would you want a 5 inch hub isnt it just a pint inside a gt? Why not just buy pint? Its way lighter if u want a smaller hub why not do that? Smaller tire will be slower and not able to do as big gaps thats just how motor sports work.
@@OtherTaylor hmmmI can see how a smaller hub might be lighter and turn quicker but im not sure if that works out in physics, the grip is a direct correlation to the size of the surface in contact with the ground. Given this sidewall shouldn’t be that important at all and only used in the most extreme falling type situations. Motorsports have been developing tires for 100 years I trust the gocart tires the most probably the XR is the actual best hub because you can use tires that take advantage of this 100 years. I do have 9000 total miles on OW but I admit my tire knowledge comes from motorcycle and car racing.
I have never tried the Enduro, but I absolutely LOVE this tire. I have this heightened sense of security being that it was made specifically by Onewheel and for the GT. (even if it is just in my head...)
FloatWheels have gone 30+mph and a newer version of the controller will be released soon to tap into more Cannoncore power! Right now that motor is only working at 1/3rd of its potential. The ADV is already a beast and will be even better once V2 is released!
I had one fail at the 14psi mark. I weight 200 and it took 95 miles to tost the tire. Where it feels good might just tost it just fyi. The flexible rubber on the side next to the hard sidewall gave out and stretched. Only on one side other side is perfect. I bought one more and there is one on my sons board. It's not fun to ride it at 15psi like he says in video so beware.
Yeah I love my Enduro on my GT! I would find it hard to justify spending another $100 on a tire that would probably give me the same performance as the Enduro
You should do a review on the TLGT-50S extended range battery for the GT. It gives you an extra 25% range unlike the Chi battery that doesn't give the GT any extra range.
I like there are more options available for riders. Stock is fine for some, but I prefer a more nuanced tire that flows with me. I'm using the Enduro on my Trail Board with the Steep and Deep rails, and the Street Pro 2 on my Low Rider board. I'm interested in seeing how these stack up, but probably not to the tune of another $100+ just to satisfy my morbid curiosity
I’m getting close to 2000 miles on my original GT tire and they’re starting to look worn. I’ll see how long I can push it, but I’m wondering what the longevity on these bad boys are…

The tire has really let me get more riding confidence. It’s a great tire!

You didn’t seem too thrilled about the tire. I think I’m waiting for TFL 5” hub.
Same here I ain’t buying tires anymore till 5’’ hub.
Well except for the 7’’ Burris for the big tire build and Floatwheel 🥳
Yeah I'd much rather support TFL than FM.

@@MaciejLorentz small hub + same diameter tire = more sidewall/air/cushion

Hoping it arrives sooner than later. Can't wait to try it out.
Well after about 500 miles my SP2 is about done unfortunately so have a treaded on the way.. hopefully it's good on snow.
Nice video Scot 👍🏼
I just rode it tonight and it's awesome!
What PSI?
What is better enduro or performance?

Alrighty Scott, my favorite all time tire for the XR is the Hoosier D30. How does this tire for the GT stack up.
It looks rad! Is it more stable?
I found it much more stable than the stock treaded tire I had.

GOAT TIRE above ALL‼️

Eventually your enduro will wear. Swap it out when your done :) new riding exp.

Brass tax which tire do you like better the GT Performance Tire or the Enduro?

Scott what foot pads are you using. I’m a over 200 lbs rider so I wonder how this will feel me me. Great Video
They look like Halos
🔥🔥🔥
Enduro or Performance Tire????
Anyone else have a tiny bit of scraping from one of the internal plugs
Riding without lifesavers is straight up disrespectful bro 💆🏽♂️
🤙🏼⚡⚡🤙🏼
Can't watch. Too obnoxious (used car salesman style) not very trust inspiring imho.
