Oh my god. I just rewatched your old playtroughs cuz i love em and i cant believe you are back. Thanks Colin. Btw you can do any game and it will be fun. Thank you.
Woooooooooooooot!!!! love that you're doing Marvel Champions content again. Your first videos got me so into the game and have loved it for the past 2 years.
Great playthrough, Colin! Watching it made me realized I'll want to use Ready to Rumble on the other heroes who have multiple forms, such as Vision, Ant-Man, Wasp, and Spectrum. Thanks!
@@OneStopCoopShop Yes! That means for one cost, typically one can do at least 2 thwart or 2 damage, which is very efficient. Also, these heroes could use it to ready after an attack/thwart before changing their hero form so that they can heal once they get back to their alter-ego form. Lots of options there!
Great playthru!! One quick note (pretty sure you would have won anyway): Round 10 -> Colossus attacked the villain directly for 16 damage. Mystique prevents players from attacking the villain. Otherwise, very nice! Looking forward to the rest of the campaign.
This was my first marvel lcg video I watched, so thanks for the explanation 😅 I will watch any lcg you put out on RUclips, though I think of the 3 coop ones, arkham is best for RUclips videos because of the great story. Looking forward to more whatever you chose 😀👍
After taking a long break from Marvel Champions since the Sinister Motives box, this video has got me wanting to jump back in with the Mutant Genesis box! (So with this and your Lord of the Rings Treebeard deck video series, that's two LCGs you've got me re-interested in! Haha.) Also those Buy The Same Token tokens look soooo good :D
Amazing playthrough. Love the physical game so much more than watching it played digitally. Quick notes. Professor X can't stun a villain. Only a minion. But easy to miss. Shadowcat is the most difficult to manage her defense and attack rules with. So when Sabertooth attacked you you played preemptive strike. The timing goes you reveal the boost. Use p strike. Resolve p strike dealing 2 damage. Sabretooths attack hasn't hit you at this point. You then flip her form card as it responses to p strike completing. You have therefore played a defence card this phase and are considered to be defending this attack. Your form card has flipped to say if you defend you take no damage. So no matter how big sabretooths attack was you'd take no damage. It's a very fiddly rule. Defense is hard to comprehend all the things involved and shadowcat is very complicated in this way. But for future playthroughs you can really take advantage of a defense card flipping you into phased form mid attack. Therefore counting as defending. Having not exhausted. Taking 0 damage. It really emphasised how you want to manage what form she is in as she takes an attack
Amazing playthrough, indeed, Colin. I do think you should look into the timing of that card again. Maybe ask the master of Shadowcat, Terrance - he'll be able to explain it best! My understanding is that her card will only flip once an attack or defense resolved, and not when the effect of the played attack or defense card resolved.
Unlike Arkham Horror, you don't shuffle the cards you mulligan back into the deck. They're discarded instead and won't come back into your deck until it runs out.
Question: while “Stalked by Sabretooth” is active, i would think Robert Kelly doesn’t get damage every turn. This because the text says “While Robert Kelly is attached to Find the Senator, treat this text box as if it were blank.” Or am I wrong?
Lotta errors here I'm afraid... You absolutely can use a preemptive strike without exhausting your hero, you just won't apply your defense stat against the attack. You also seemed to misread both mystique and Professor X. Every single time you attack sabertooth with her in place starting from Kitty's powerful punch you were making illegal plays. Similarly, you cannot stun the villain with Professor X, he can confuse the villain or stun a minion, not Vice versa. Honestly you made it way easier on yourself that way. I feel like you missed a number of tricks as kitty, for instance you basically never used the resource on her solid Mass size. The turn you flipped to Hero and used Shadow Cat surprise you could have used her Alter Ego ability to change to solid and give yourself more wiggle room in terms of plays. You also never used intangible interference, which could have helped a lot on the turns where threat was creeping up, you really really cut it far too close there. You know her ability lets her ignore crisis icons on all thwarting she does, not just her basic thwart, right?
I'm in doubt between marvel champions or vagrantsong.. I want a cooperative game to play with my wife and as money is limited I don't know which one to choose..🫤
Oh my god. I just rewatched your old playtroughs cuz i love em and i cant believe you are back. Thanks Colin. Btw you can do any game and it will be fun. Thank you.
Thanks so much my friend!! Appreciate you watching!
35:50 you can't stun sabertooth with prof x. You can only confuse.
Yup sorry for that!
More of this and more Colin
Whoot!!
Woooooooooooooot!!!! love that you're doing Marvel Champions content again. Your first videos got me so into the game and have loved it for the past 2 years.
Yessss!!!!
Marvel Champions is my #1 game of all time! Glad to have you doing more content. :)
Great choice!!!
Yup, im happy to watch more
Thanks for watching!!
11/10 Would LOVE to see the Entire campaign!!
Whoot!!
Great playthrough, Colin! Watching it made me realized I'll want to use Ready to Rumble on the other heroes who have multiple forms, such as Vision, Ant-Man, Wasp, and Spectrum. Thanks!
Yessss! Such a good card for them right??

Best part of this game finding those combos!!
@@OneStopCoopShop Ant-Man is one of the cool ones for that.
I really like the way yall cover the living card games!

Thanks so much for watching!!!! And yes totally missed that!
I'm here for it. Just got it in myself and have got some customization in. Storm and Colossus are really shinning for me.
They are fun aren't they??
A few choice cards added and removed and they are really feeling dialed in.
Nice!!!
Great video! Definitely 100% do more of these. :)
Thanks so much!
Fun watch 😀 hope you do more!
More to come!
Great video, love how you take the time to explain everything you do. A question though, why did Angel get a point of damage at 1:01:13 ?
This was my first marvel lcg video I watched, so thanks for the explanation 😅 I will watch any lcg you put out on RUclips, though I think of the 3 coop ones, arkham is best for RUclips videos because of the great story. Looking forward to more whatever you chose 😀👍
Yes arkham is so good!!! Thanks so much for watching!!

Haha!! Sorry about that and how love those tokens!!
man i wish you would do more of these... just love the editing, the voice, how you play... please some more :D
Haha! Yeah i just don't play much and it makes for a harder experience with these rules if you don't play often!

For a game with simple rules they sure like to make this stuff a challenge!!
How did Kitty mix protection cards with justice cards? 😄
love more marvel champions content ❤
Thanks for watching!

Thanks for that! Obnoxious that each lcg is different haha!
Great video!
Glad you enjoyed it

Dang, Sabertooth is a healing machine. Thankfully both decks had enough spike damage to avoid ping damage/healing cycles.
Yes a real pain of a villain!!
Is there a part 2?
Nope just this one right now
Great play through, good sir! Would you say this game is better than Lord of the Rings card game or just different?
Imho just different. I like lotr for the deck building and coop play. Champions is better solo and for faster scenarios!
The whole campaign pls.
I'm having a lot of fun so will do!!!
@@OneStopCoopShop I agree would like to see the whole play through
