I have a Vivint security system but all the time we keep triggering the glass break sensors for a test and by accident and all the time my parents keeps opening the door when the system is armed and last year my cat triggered the glass break sensor while the system is armed at 6:00 am in the morning and my mom triggered the vivint smoke detector while she ass cooking and made a lot of smoke and my dad test the vivint smoke detector after replacing batterys to make sure it's connected to the vivint system
I don’t like that it gives you like 30sec to disarm the alarm, it gives the thieves 30 whole seconds to find the panel and disable it, is there a way to set the alarm to go off as soon as it opens?

Only if you set up sensors in the areas of the house your pets are. I would say put your pets somewhere away from the sensor before arming away.
What should you do if you forgot the four number pin?
Trigger a fire alarm and then type in 2580 and it will reset it for you to 1111. Tell me how it goes
