Dear Ruth, very well put! I'm a german women doing an Ausbildung and all the Studends are the age of my grown up kids. So I have my difficulties too. I have to new friends in class both a little older and non native german. Some times we have the same challenges, some times different ones, but language makes it really extra hard for them sometimes. My advice to everyone: Do not be shy and ask the hell out of every one! The teachers (usually they do not want you to fail) the fellow studends ( you soon will know who will help and is capable to do so) if some one is offering help- take it. Start your homework as early as possible (so some one can help you with out running out of time) and check for RUclips tutorials to topics from shool. Once one has the new specific language of that field everythig gets better! Hang in there!
Exactly I tried to ask everything from my schoolmates and they were very helpful and we still have contact upto date. Thank you so much for watching, I really appreciate

Watched a few of your videos. You do a very smart and brilliant analysis of live here and Germans. Also enjoy your positive attitude. About the prejudgement it happens among Germans too. When you are new somewhere there is always someone who don't like you or don't think you can do it. Like everywhere in life to do your job good and don't give up will lead to success. In general my opinion is that Germans have a certain way and when you show them that you accept and respect that way, bring in effort you will be fine. There will be always some foreigners that think its discrimination or racism or whatever. The few racist / idiot people you can ignore, focus on the positive and show you do your best. Germany offer so many opportunities for people that don't give up, that want to achieve something. Always happy when people go their way and have a life of self responsibility. Don't listen to the negative - foreigners and Germans, that just drag you down. Focus on the light and the good. Keep going with your video. :)
I can relate so well to everything you just said. I am now during the 7th month of the Ausbildung and at first everyone avoided me because I was a foreigner. After the first round of Klassenarbeiten and getting to know me they started to open up a bit but not completely. I honestly want to give up everyday. I sometimes feel like I am living the worse nightmare but I try not to give up. I also have a child and that makes it even harder but luckily my husband is very supportive. Your tips and experience are very encouraging. Thank you for that!
Hey Alexandra, please don’t give up always think about the fruits of your hard work and yes the 1 st year is always the hardest but stay focused and avoid negative vibes
