@@surendrapalSingh I am not a property analyst or marketing man but as per my knowledge new launches on noida expressway are beyond the middle man's expectations. Over a period luxury segment not even launching here but successfully sold out. that gives courage to new launches and things are going in the same directions. For ex Gulshan Dynasty 144,Sector godrej 146 and max estate and so on .. people are showing interest in these project as TCL, Accentuate and Microsoft (not yet)like big companies operating from Noida..
