I am restoring a boat by myself. When I need to remove a thru-bolted item I pull out the trusty vice grips. I place the vice grip on the nut and position it where it can't spin. Then I go on deck and spin the bolt until I hear the vice grip hit the cabin sole. So far I have removed several dozen fittings in this manner. It is a pain in the bum way of doing things and takes forever to remove fittings. So far it is the only way I have found to remove fittings when working alone.

Oh noooo! Be careful with that inflatable kayak. My sister had one that appeared to be just like it. I know it was an Intex brand kayak. I was with her and her husband kayaking in a creek. I had a rented standard plastic kayak. They were in the inflatable kayak. They pulled up near a fallen tree, and an underwater branch punctured it. It went completely flat in less than a minute. Fortunately, most of the creek was no more than waist deep. They had to walk it back.

Khiara, you made inflating that kayak look effortless. Having the same kind myself, with the same pump, I know it's bloody back breaking. I ended up spending $30 and bought an electric pump that inflates it in under 3 minutes. The savings on chiropractor fees makes it well worth it.
As for your fish, if the fine folks of Grenada are anything like the Koreans I'm related to, they are immune to small fish bones. They just chomp them down with the rest of the meat. Often they leave the heads on and sometimes (for fish that size) don't even bother gutting them. They tast alright though.

Hey Bwana! thanks for watching! its a slippery slope when it comes to the toxin our approach is to avoid very large pelagic fish in the risk regions and never eat a large volume of the same fish in once sitting. That way if you are exposed it is in small concentrations. The rule of thumb locally is that south of Dominica its not really of great concern - but this is just heresay.

I felt a strange sense of dread and anxiety and I went all shivery .... Adam seemed to be wearing just a towel: perhaps he had just had a shower and had nothing else on? Please don't sit like that, Adam. Will Editing Khiara have even thought to look for a coverage 'malfunction'? - they have been together for many years now and you tend not to notice ... !
Maybe it's not accidental? This puts Khiara's choice of a miniskirt earlier in the video, and Adam teasing her, in to a different context - they are going to the Dark Side? Millennial Falcon could be renamed 'Star Destroyer' by next week and Adam will breathe asthmatically?
