Really a very helpful session.I am new to this using the ready API tool in our project and for the first time we need to load test the same via the framework we have made.We actually pass a test data sheet which consists of all the assertions. is it possible to load test the same via the same ?

Hi @SmartBear, I have only one requqest test step wit the assertion. When run for functional testing, it is working. The assertion is getting Pass. But when I try to do the load test for the same testcase, the assertion is failing and getting the error " [Contains] Missing Token "
Please help how can I resolve the issue. Thank you

Didn't get use of Random. Can you give example?

Using Random for the virtual user load profile will randomize how the users interact with your scenarios, allowing a more realistic option. For instance, if you wanted a maximum of 100 users to access your APIs, but you didn't want them to follow a specific pattern, the Random load profile option would allow you to scale up/down your simultaneous user count randomly. Does this help?

Limit settings is unclear for me .. Can you please clarify the below scenarios ?
1 - If threads = 5 and Limit = 60 seconds then how many times My threads will execute, Does it depend on thread execution time ?
2 - If threads = 5 and total run = 12 , Does that means set 5 will execute 2 times and any of extra 2 threads execute last ?
3 - Is the maximum thread execution time set by default ?

Please take a look at the different load strategies here: www.soapui.org/load-testing/simulating-different-types-of-load.html
If you are still confused just let us know.

Folks at SmartBear. Why do all your products. like SoapUI and Swagger have such ugly user interfaces? Can't you just pay somebody to make it look good? It looks like a rush job proof of concept that went to production.

I disagree. Its actually a very sleek interface. No BS - straight and simple to understand and does a great job. One addition could be themes.

@@adeelaftab81 I don't want to be a sour asshole, so I had a second look, a second opinion and I clearly had different views 10 months ago. You are right. It is what you say it is, but I'd still like to see more "BS" or at least something that doesn't make it look like it came straight out of Visual Basic. But it is ok. It does what it needs to do, so what do I worry about really :D Have a good day sir
