    Many bantus in East Africa have both cushetic snd middle eastern admixer. I believe just by the hints in modern times these groups lived among each other. The oral history of many of the bantu groups indicates that they were in Egypt and the Sahara around 7000 to 5500 years ago.

      @grahammuriuki8805 dna evidence has proved that. Look up North african admixtures with West africans. Also, rameses 3 has dna from West africa.

      @grahammuriuki8805 Abantu were definitely in Kemet at various times, but they came from much farther than that. As in, outside of what we now call "Africa". Credo Mutwa has spoken extensively of Abantu connections to ancient civilizations in Sumeria, and I've been able to trace them to parts of ancient Europe using linguistic data, ancient literature, and artifacts.

      Bantu people are just an offshoot of Niger-Congo people and we all come from Cameroon. We share more history and genes with Nubians than we do with Egyptians because Nilo-Saharan people shared the shores of lake Megachad with our ancestors. Afro-Asiatic people wouldve already been around for nearly 10k years at this point. Our admixture comes from the mixed Cushitic peoples who were already living in East Africa when we got there. This is why as a Tutsi I’m one of the tallest ethnic groups in the world because I have Nilo-Saharan admixture and my neighbours don’t. Afro-Asiatic people came first and were nomadic hunter gatherers on the verge of pastoralism. They would’ve spread from the Omo Valley or so and encountered Nilo-Saharans in Sudan by 12kya and adopted cattle from them. We borrowed cattle from the Nilo-Saharans as well. They lived alongside the auroch longer than anyone else. This would explain why Fulani people, give how north they are, have 5 of the major allele variants for lactase persistence even though most Niger-Congo people are lactose intolerant. Lactase persistence first emerged in Sudan along side Sudanese people until it spread from there. Political stability is needed in North Africa to expand on this however.

      Bantus are from Cameroon because the Niger-Congo languages there are more related to Bantu languages. These are linguistic terms. We have admixture because we’re foreign. I have Cushitic and Nilotic admixture because pastoralism was introduced to the Great Lakes by Cushitic peoples with Nilotic admixture.

    “Bantu expansion” or migration from west to east is a myth

    What is Nilotic? Where do they fit within the "Table of Nations" in Genesis 10?

      In the famous world map done by Fra Mauro of Italy in 1450, the Nile (Nilotic) river is called GION, the same name as one of the four rivers of Eden mentioned in Genesis 2:10-14 of the Bible.
      The map is easily available online, including on Wikipedia. Find it and zoom into the African continent and see for yourself. The "Nile" is GION (Gihon or Geon in the Bible), one of the 4 ancient rivers of biblical creation.

      @daowonimdee 2 месяца назад

      Ham, Shem, and Japheth were figures that came from the same origin. They were all black. The entire Old Testament is a partial (but not all-encompassing) history of our heritage as black people, told with elements mixing actual history with supernatural symbolism.
      We do not only descend from Ham. That is a myth conjectured by outsiders.
