Shifting my weight more to the front and not sit back in the plie really helped me with balance! Thank you!
Happy to help!
This video is the best tutorial I’ve seen on pirouettes. You have covered all of the facets of the body turning. Thank you.

Thanks for your videos!
This is random, but I would tips on how to increase my plié as it doesn’t feel very deep. Thanks!
GREAT question! So a lot of times the soleus muscle deep to gastrocnemius (superficial calf) is too tight! I have actually JUST added my foot and ankle course to the platform which works on this issue as it’s a common one. A lot of times you need more eccentric strength and length in the soleus! If you take the course, it will def help you with this!
When you land a pirouette, does the standing leg come down from releve before the retire leg comes to fourth/fifth, or does that happen simultaneously? I always struggle with landing. I usually feel torsion from my front knee going into valgus, and I think I might be over rotating or landing it wrong! Thanks for this video!
Sounds like something is wrong with your landing and I would have to see what’s happening - are you a member? Members get feedback support so if yes just email me a video! Landing happens simultaneously so you come out of passé retiré position when you complete the turn and then you place the foot down

Hey can i ask how do you not fall out onto your pinky toe when you're turning? I usually struggle with staying on the right spot of my foot
Typically due to ankle weakness! I would start working in my foot and ankle course then the balance course to help this!
