Swallowing & Laryngeal Complications following Heart Transplant

There are too many patients who experience difficulty speaking and swallowing following a heart transplant. These patients are therefore at an increased risk of complications and prolonged hospitalization as a result of infection and respiratory failure. During this presentation, Rebecca Black from Sydney, Australia discusses her research in this area.
