Yeah, exactly. You don’t call the police when there’s 10 people outside your house. About to break in. You wait till they’ve got through the front door. Pull your head in , they were not going to stop until they heard the horn !
I don't blame the kids on these ebikes and scooters and illegal dirt bikes because someone has to buy them and your average 12 year old doesn't have a couple of hundred bucks to spend on ebikes/scooters. I blame the parents who allow their kids to cause havoc on the roads and who let their kids attempt kamikaze like stunts in traffic. Parents have to start being parents.......
Parental responsibility was taken away 30 years ago when kids started coming home from school saying bullshit like "My teacher says YOU can't smack me". A lot of parents were afraid of being charged with ASSAULT if they dared to discipline their child.
I've made it a rule of thumb for myself, stop then look before going - as you would at any other give way sign. Seems to have worked well this far with zero incidents.

1:15 - does the driver of the Subaru CZ22 UL have a Personal Lane? There is no car in front of him, he is driving at 49 km/h. I understand, it is summer, the weather is wonderful, the birds are chirping... The question is, why did he increase his speed after a car overtook him, breaking the solid line? 🤔
If you mean 3:01 or 10:50 you're supposed to indicate left as you pass the exit before the one you're taking (Australian Road Rules part 9 paragraph 118.) This shows the oncoming traffic that you aren't continuing on the roundabout and crossing in front of them, so they don't brake while working out what you're doing. It's a courtesy thing, and therefore ignored as irrelevant by most Aussie drivers.
You are required to signal left prior to taking your exit. In addition, you are (usually) required to signal right upon entering if you are traveling more than 180° around the circle.
