Anyone else here with agoraphobia who just wants to go to the supermarket 2 kilometres from your house and do your own shopping? Or go to the doctors/dentist and begin your healing journey? More awareness about agoraphobia needs to be shared and acknowledged. It’s the most insidious disorder of them all! 💯😔

I am really struggling to make a particular scene for visualisation. As my process of exam result-- allottment letter-- admission is really long. And after admission scene doesn't clear that it's government seat& not management seat & if I see exam result I have lot of resistance for that. Please give me some tip
