This is really interesting. Thank you for doing this video. I've been trying to do the eggbeater to improve leg strength and find that it's very difficult because (a) it feels awkward, (b) I feel uncoordinated and (c) I don't have the ability, flexibility and the strength

Is there an alternative to the resistance bands? I know I can buy them, but is there a way to save a bit of money?
Kinda. You can push against a solid surface like a wall but that would be isometric. Not as effective overall.
