    I just purchased this machine and love it so far...was a great replacement for my keurig. Since I live alone I wanted an alternative to the pod machines and this thing makes a great cup of coffee....I am not a coffee geek, but compared to the coffee you get from a pod machine, it's night and day....

    I would love to purchase this it looks like a great machine, what are your thoughts of not being able to use a paper filter?

      It is a great machine. As it relates to the filter, I prefer not using one, it's nice that the coffee is built into pucks at the bottom container because it's just less wasteful. You never have to worry about not having a filter so that's a huge bonus

    Bought one just a few days ago from the Shopping Channel. Just tried it today setting it up and trying to prime it first as it indicates in the guide. Never able to use it because as soon as I put the container with water in it's place? Water leaks all over the place out the bottom until the container empties. Not a good first time impression for me. I am sending it back sorry to say. I may get another to see what happens with it. Maybe just un lucky with this one.

      @@anthonysespresso Possibly yes. I returned it that same day and tried to order another one but it was sold out. I wanted to have one for my Family that is over from Edmonton for a visit to wake up to a fresh coffee ☕️ every morning they are here. Lol oh well. That's life. ✌🏻

    Hi. I see in the manual that it’s recommended there is 5+inches of space above the machine. Is this really necessary? This machine will just make it under my cabinets. So much so that I may have to pull it out to fill with beans.

      It's not required, just recommended because of the heat that comes from the top

    Just got it and the auto brew feature never worked.. i checked everything and set it up to brew at 7:30 am never started till 8 am where i have to do it manually.. may return it back

    I may be crazy but I never heard you comment about the taste of the actual coffee.. you commented on the espresso and the iced coffee only

      I really enjoyed the taste. I particularly like the Roccobar anyways, but with different beans, the coffee will taste different. I've been making the coffee every day here at the store since

    To early for me to purchase, that grinder will be running constantly so I’ll wait and see how it stands up to everytime coffee delivery

    just got the machine, I don't like the bold coffee setting is not strong enough and have no setting to make it stronger. I do like the low maintenance not having a filter. Temperature setting not sure, is not hot enough either.

      Read your manual. Temp settings 1 2 or 3. 3 being the hottest. Out of the box it's at a 1. I turned mine to 3 and burnt the fuk out of my face. 2 is perfect

    Makes a great cup of coffee, until it doesn’t, ours broke within 5 moths. The problem is the mess it creates, poor internal design permits grounds to go everywhere and will break the unit. Have to dump out grinds even when the container is not full. RMA takes 6-8 weeks, no immediate replacement policy, have to ship it back and they will fix it. We got ours back and within 1 month it broke again. Look at the reviews online … hundreds of user with the same problem of product failure after a few months of use. Just a really bad design at $600

    It broke after 4 days of use. The infuser now gets jammed at the top in an extended position. Have attempted to clean. It also makes a mess of its own on the inside pretty bad. Grounds all over the inside. The pucks / waste grounds apparently dont fall directly into the waste bin well.
    It did make good coffee for 4 days tho. Already needing to replace / repair / return.
