What would be the best battery upgrade that you could add to this board? Thanks for the help

Hi there, you can use a 2S LiPo to upgrade this one! With this being said you would need to make sure that the ESC is set to LiPo mode when doing so. If you're after some more exact recommendations please feel free to message us through our website.

Use the protek lipo battery. This one is good enough

I think that my engine has water damage. I replaced the receiver which fixed the steering mechanism, but I think I will need to replace the engine now. Do you know if there is a compatible engine that may work for the RC Surfer? (I have the same one s shown in the video)

Can you use 3s Lipo or just 2s Lipo?

Hi there, this model is made specifically for 2s Lipo batteries and therefore 3s would not be suitable.
