Like if we mean she wont go crazy, shes too overwhelmed and hyperaware to go ballistic. It's not something to flex in the same way as anybody else, and who's to say that flexing such an ability would even qualify as a lack of self-control? What if Victoria's eyes are actually the toughest part of her body, hence why the acid attack nothing to her? Maybe it's related to her eye glow that happens occasionally whenever she uses her powers. I also do think it's strange that the supe who attacked her in the alleyway in S3 didn't even try to gouge her eyes (he only covered them)
Not only is she stunning but also a versatile actress as you've pointed out in great detail. I'm hoping for Homelander's "Let's get rid of my humanity" arc to shake up the status quo significantly. He'll no longer hold back and instantly take out Ashley, The Deep, Firecracker, Starlight and Frenchie (since the writers don't seem to know what to do with the character); he's about to murder Ryan as well because he doesn't align with his weird clone fetish (a cool nod to the source material btw) but is foiled by A-Train who makes the sacrifice play willingly redeeming himself fully. In addition I want Hughie to echo Butcher's sucker punching him to prevent him shooting up one more time last season by injecting him with Permanent V against his will. Somehow, this outcome (and HL's inhumanity) is Sage's doing whose curiosity to take her social experiment and philosophical views global helps along her personal endgame. In a completely unhinged final season we could thus see The Boys / Ryan / Soldier Boy / Victoria / Cindy / Marie / Maeve (?) / the CIA & some canon fodder (the supes suggested as additions to The Seven roster) vs. Homelander.
Personally I would rather they at least partially follow the final arc of the comics, and have Frenchie, Kimiko, and MM killed off by the person (spoilers) who kills them in the comics.

Good character but thinking she was introduced in Seaso 2 they havent done much with her. She could be the main antagonist or a major threat. They still can if not it will be a missed oportunity.
