Bruce Lorne Campbell (born June 22, 1958) is an American actor, producer, writer, comedian and director. One of his best-known roles is portraying Ash Williams in Sam Raimi's Evil Dead franchise, from the 1978 short film Within the Woods to the ongoing TV series Ash vs Evil Dead. He has starred in many low-budget cult films such as Crimewave (1985), Maniac Cop (1988), Sundown: The Vampire in Retreat (1989), and Bubba Ho-Tep (2002).
In television, Campbell had lead roles in The Adventures of Brisco County, Jr. (1993-94) and Jack of all Trades (2000), starred as Autolycus (the King of Thieves) in Hercules: The Legendary Journeys and Xena: Warrior Princess (1995-99), Sam Axe on the USA Network series Burn Notice (2007-13), and reprised his role as Ash Williams on the Starz series Ash vs. Evil Dead.
Campbell started his directing career with Fanalysis (2002) and A Community Speaks (2004), and then with the horror comedy feature films Man with the Screaming Brain (2005) and My Name Is Bruce (2007), the latter being a spoof of his career. He can also be seen as the role of the father in The Escort (2015).
The guy was reading the board so he knew the questions before asked. Theres always one.
IT WASN'T EVEN FUNNY.
Both the guy and the girl on the right were looking at the screen and had read the questions before bruce was halfway through reading em. total douchebags...can't believe no-one from the audience called it out.
awesome video...watched the whole thing. thank you
This is crazy that this was the first time it was outside of the United States! Because the one time I have seen it live was in Arizona in a high school! It did not look nearly this professional
Thanks for the video! It's too bad the sign interpreter wasn't in the shot though
For some of the panels, the camera is set up with a wide angle to capture the stage, and the camera person can monitor a few rooms, and the zoom, pan & scan is done during the editing process. Next year we hope to have a 4k camera that will allow more of the sides of the stage to be recorded without quality loss.
I love how they got Nightcrawler to fix mics... 29:22 (Edit: Steve is a cheat. Looking back to read the questions before they're asked. Lawyers, am I right?)
Hail to the chin!✊🏻
