When reading from Haggai 2:6-9 I like how the KJV reads because is says “…the desire of all nations shall come…” which lets me know Jesus will come to beautify the place. Thanks so much for these studies, I’m learning a lot.❤

This message highlights to the discerning Seventh-day Adventist the importance of this doctrine to God's people and to all Christians. No wonder, the Great Deceiver and Adversary of Souls, the Devil and Satan himself has worked so assiduously to rid the Church of this *central pillar and foundation.* Had we stayed with this teaching, we would not now be so *fragmented and discordant in what we believe on every subject!* From my perspective, we need a clarion call from the top to *genuine and specific corporate repentance and a refocus to faithfully and correctly teaching the Sanctuary Message* in ALL of our SCHOOLS and CHURCHES. Here we can learn from Good King Josiah when he discovered the Book of the Law. We all need to *redouble our efforts* to understand this wonderful doctrine and make valiant and concerted efforts to share it with the world, in concert with the Three Angel's Messages and the Fourth. This is urgently necessary. May the Lord have mercy on us and help us.

i wonder.. when it gives description of "One like unto the Son Of Man" standing amongst the Candles of "Clothed with a Garment down to the feet and girded about the chest with a golden band" whether this alludes to him being in priestly or kingly Attire? as descriptions with Christ in a Kingly role show a sash around his thigh "King Of Kings"
Christ is currently doing the work as a priest standing in the Holy of holies as an intercessory on the behalf of mankind. As such judgement is taking place now. Once judgment is complete then Jesus will dawn His Kingly robes and come to get his righteous people.
John 17:3 does not do away with a trinitarian view. If nothing else it at the least upholds the divinity of Christ. It basically says eternal life is to know the Father & Son.
@@mikecoy4883 The word trinity is not found in the Bible, so SDAs fighting about that is a mere devilish finding to aruin the church. The word itself bases back in the 13th century, so it has nothing to do with early christian vocabulary (and thinking, which is, if the early christian church would have understood the HS as a separate person, they would have found a word for it). The christian church was infected from the 2nd century upward with greek philosophical non-sense and biblical knowledge was pushed away from the christianity. So beware. The SDA-pionneers understood this and in the principles of 1889, they mention still, under EGW endorsement, that the Holy Spirit is a part of God representing Him. There, the God-Head is clearly twofold (the 3rd article is about the scripture, no article about a separate person in the God-Head). The SDA-church has gone astray in this topic and others. Prof. Bohr mentions this clearly (adoring acreditations of SDA-schools, diploms from wordly university, unlawful relationships with fallen churches etc), but his defense of the Holy Spirit being a separated person in the God-Head doesnt convince noone who looks closely.
A correct short study could be (according to the 1880-principles): Psalm 139:7 The presence of God is his Holy Spirit - This makes very unprobable the HS would be a person. The "his" about the HS doesnt design a person but is grammatical pronoun (his mighty arm - but his arm is not a person, even with a "his") 1 Corinthians 8:4-7 & Gal 3:20 conforms withe jewish thinking and the Schma: there is one God, the Father, and one Lord Jesus Christ. Which is: if the HS would be a third person, Paul would clearly have mentionned him here. 1 Cor 11:3 in the comparison of sun-moon, husband-wife, God-Son, there is no place for a third.

I wish all of you that have issues w God being plural would look at EVERY scripture & not one's that only support your false views. Scripture declares things that we have to study to make sense of.
