Gunther really brings class and respect to the IC title, and has elevated it properly. Im always the biggest fan of safe, reliable workers that have their head 100% in the game when the bell rings and make themselves and their opponent look good. He is absolutely World Title material, along with Gable as well.

They call him a heel, but he's defending his title honourably, no outside interference like certain other champions. He's respected his opponents and respected the title. He's like an old medieval knight. I think he's great.

This is how you elevate a "mid card" title to the forefront. You want the champion to make it feel like its the biggest prize in the company.

Out of everyone who has come in and out of wrestling in the last say 5 years there are a small number of them who deserve a ton of respect and he is the top of that list. I know he has been a wrestler for alot linger than that but he was not at the level he is now and sadly not everyone knew who he was. He was a bad ass as Walter in nxt Europe I knew who he was before that. But what I respect is when he got the call that he was going to go to wwe he looked at himself and said I can be better so look at him now. He got into killer shape he can go all night plus he is humble has respect for the ring and the ones who came before him he is a nice guy all around
Gunther is almost like what it is to be an ideal man. He is grateful and thoughtful about everything. He works hard. He is awesome.

I would personally love a period where he is world heavyweight champion (and maybe still the intercontinental) and Giovanni and Kaiser as tag team champions, but Giovanni is out injured currently.
