OMG!!! 35 years! YOU look amazing! My biggest struggle that there so much information out there about unhealthy vegetables, like night shade family and then some. I feel like if I don't eat meat then what do I eat?? The wraps look amazing!
I've done some research and it seems that most of the so-called "unhealthiness" of any veggies actually comes from things that are added to them, such as oil, salt, and pesticides. If you are eating lots of fresh veggies, particularly organic, and not deep-fried or processed ones, you should be more than fine. Check the dirty dozen list to find out which fruits and veggies should always be bought organic. I try to get nearly all my veggies organic because it is not only better for us, but for the planet as well. It can be more expensive, but I think it is worth the reward in good health and less medical bills. Any other "unhealthiness" is most likely due to personal sensitivities In other words, if it doesn't bother you, it's probably okay. Overall, I think eating veggies is far more healthy than consuming all the saturated fat, sodium, pesticides, and hormones that are present in meat. But in the end, it all depends on how you feel when eating any kinds of foods. If it makes you feel good and gives you energy, then eat it. If it makes you feel bad or you are unhealthy eating the diet that you currently have, then you should definitely look into making some changes. Of course, I am not a doctor or nutritionist, so if you have questions about your health or diet, you should consult your doctor. I hope this helps. Thanks so much for watching!
