I like the twist with the kale and pickled onions, although it could use more onions! ;) Keep on making great content! Actually, I think the only recipe in this with oil is the corn-chili hash. The meal plan has a couple of recipes with oil, but again, easily adaptable by omitting the oil or subbing water. Thanks for watching!
