Get the version with the plastic lid, the lid also has a flat metal bottle opener. For what its worth they have a real nice contoured lip so it easy on the lips when sipping. I put iced soda in mine a lot, also beer, and the ice is still frozen the next day when let around the house. Just got the Stanley 24 oz stein, this should be real fun!
What about loss of carbonation though? I have read that all vacuum-insulated containers accelerate the pace at which carbonated drinks become flat due to their steel surface with which the drink comes in contact not being perfectly smooth as opposed to glass. Have you run any tests against that theory?
We love our Stanley tumblers! Ours our in our car camping gear! We used them on our live stream while we played pool. ;-) Did ya'll get the lids for them? We found them a bit odd for beer no nose. Thanks for sharing!

i have a similar set up for the lawnmower. Alabama summer days a can lasts less than 15 minutes before its so hot you have to dump it.

TheCoomer we either have 6 packs of 12 oz cans or 4 packs of 16 oz cans. Both are pretty common.
