Thank you for covering this topic Nikita. I've been preparing for pageant on my own for 5 months now due to financial crisis as i thought pageants does not look seriously into participants background. The age limit cancellation gave me hope as i think i'm too old(23) for the pageantary. After the leaked video, I've been restless and felt emotionally drained and watching everyone's opinion on this. This is like a hard punch for the people who put their blood, sweat and tears for this platform. It is like taking away the intergrity and what MUO stands for. The controversis after controversis. I'm seeing lot of updates on the drama more than the reign of shennyis and her advocacy. However as you mentioned, I'm still looking into the situation with the silver lining and hope for the best to happen. Ever since the new era, a lot has been going on the MUO and it covers up the reign of current MU. Hope it all ends soon. Lots of love💝

MU's Top 5 will soon be a group of mature women from ages 27 to 34, and then Top 3 will be ages 27 to 30! They are accomplished, must be natural-born women etc!

One of my cousin was preparing to participate in Miss Diva this year but 3 days ago she told me that she has dropped the idea. She is actually 27. She thought she could participate in pageants after the age restriction was removed but she is so sad that she cannot become a Miss Universe. It was her dream. She failed to qualify in 2020 and then she dropped that idea but she had a new hope after removal of age from Miss Universe.

Embracing the journey of a single mother, I once held the childhood dream of gracing the Miss Universe stage. Despite facing challenging circumstances, the joy surged within me when Miss Universe announced its inclusivity last year. Eagerly, I began preparing for this extraordinary opportunity of lifetime, considering training from Conquer. However, with the recent turn of events, my dreams now seem elusive. Uncertain of the next step, I find myself at a crossroads, wondering how to mend the shattered fragments of my aspirations.

Look at the bright side . You get to experience the Miss Universe journey - make the most out of it and come back to your child and build a beautiful life together / we cannot deny that the MUO org is not in a place to accomodate the needs of a single parent at the moment clearly

how can they do this literally they do not care at all about our dreams our dedication our hard work😭 from the age of 11 i always dreamed of becoming miss universe, Even though my parents don't want me to become miss diva and miss universe i have fought with them for my dreams. and here miss universe organization broke my heart, my dreams. But can i apply for different pageants? i'm still 14 and can prepare for different pageants.

Should national pagents who believe that inclusivity matters have a separate branding and encourage more people to participate ?
