Wow South Jamaica, I remember the time when I got robbed in the bathroom in P.S. 123 elementary school in the 70's, I believe the area is a little safer now compared to back then.
Gotta watch out for "Vision Zero." In an effort to reduce pedestrian fatalities the city has reduced speed limits to 25 mph even on major roadways and the police are giving out some mighty expensive tickets.
Love to see and explore the town you live in nice video keep them coming ,it's one thing to live in an area but when u actually get to see and watch it means even more love it👍👍👍

I remember Hollis from way back in my younger years. I was a product of 104th Ave/Francis Lewis Blvd. Which was technically Queens Village. However we were still considered a valuable section of Queens New York. #gone but not forgotten...
This is where my mother and father were born and lived in Hollis Jamaica. My grandparents on both sides migrated from Brooklyn to here to eastern Long Island.
Correct; going from Brooklyn/ Manhattan to Queens was actually called "going out to the Island". We lived in Hollis, I went to P.S. 118 on 110th Road, I believe, (we lived on 195th Street) and I remember when that huge rock on the triangle at Farmers Blvd., and Liberty Ave. was *unpainted, and in its natural state* .
I got family there in Queens.Theres some nice looking houses there.Sort of reminds me of parts of some neighborhoods in Philly. And yes Amerikkka,we TOO know how to keep up and respect our neighborhoods-
These neighborhoods appeared to have productive members of society, clean streets,& sidewalks. The infrastructure could use a little work(potholes). Compared to your other hood videos, this was the best in my opinion. Thanks for the change of scenery.💯❤️👍🏾✝️🙏🏾🇺🇸
Next time u come to queens hoods you gotta drive thru the Jamaica ave and woodhull ave side of Hollis. You might even wanna drive thru shadyville (specifically Hempstead blvd and springfield blvd, and 212st and Jamaica ave) there’s a lotta history in south Jamaica, Hollis and shadyville even Tupac had family out in shadyville and all of those places get active. Great video tho bro keep it up💪🏽

What i've learned from this video, you have to be skilled to park and drive down NY streets 😩😩😩
😂😂😂😂😂
Straight facts 💯
Basically yes 😋
Maneuvering like this with one hand on the steering wheel mind you
In Queens, it take like 10 mins to try to park before you realize you have to park down the block..
Not even 40 seconds in, & somebody got on tims

What's so surprising about that?
