I can't say I WOULDN'T want an Ugin's Labyrinth but everyone who's aching to get this card, really needs to have bought Ancient Tomb first, even if it's 50 bucks instead of 40 because Ancient Tomb is good in ANY deck and will always produce 2.
Also, Temple of the False God gets a bad rep, but that's because too many casuals 10-15 years ago decided to put it into their 33 lands blue decks without any ramp. New Eldrazi decks are 5 color, which means you can now run good ramp, which means you can just grab a basic or two and Temple of the False god will be online turn 3 without issue.
There's a good chance that your starting hand actually doesn't have a 7+ mana eldrazi in it, meaning there's a reasonable chance that this land will whiff and just be a wastes. (which is still okay in Eldrazi obviously. But you didn't pay 40 bucks to play "wastes".) Also there's a good amount of tension: when you DO remove that 7+ mana eldrazi and tuck it under Ugin's Labyrinth. Because now you can't cast it, until you tap Labyrinth to get it back. But when you do, you better have enough mana from your others sources to actually cast that 7+ mana spell. Ugin's Labyrinth REALLY wants you to play a metric ton of colorless 7+ eldrazi or otherwise it won't do what you want it to to.
There's a good chance this land will drop hard in price. It will probably never be under 5 bucks but I do not think this will hold at 40. With Ancient Tomb you know it'll never dip too hard, even with reprints (of which there were plenty) because it's a proven card that goes into any deck.

Drop hard is questionable. Do I think it can go down to stabilizing in mid-$20s? Yes.
