You guys did well for not eating the food when you realized its gone bad. When cuts fresh foods are that exposed to air or sun for a longer time, they get oxidized. And oxidation is known to be a major cause of cancer.

Most people here in Lomé speak mina and we also have ewe people ,and they all understand themselves 😊
Mina is a dialect of Ewe just like Wedome, Anlo, Tong, and Gave are all dialects of Ewe. So I hope you understand now.

The fried plantain banana we do it in my country . But we do with yellow silver banana. In Sao tome and Principe. But this recipe belongs to Principe. IT was amazing to see this girl eating it.
