we are still in volta region but in a different location. I travelled by mini bus to Battor near Greater Accra region in Ghana.
we went to that market because it was a market day when I got there and prepared some delicious Clam stew with banku.
I enjoyed the food very well
Ingredients for the stew :
dried clams
pepper, onion,tomato
palm oil
Fermented fish or momone

TATIANA, I am from BIG ADA you only gets CLAMS from ADA in the Volta River you don't get Clams from sea .
On your way to just by the river and you will see a whole lot of people selling fresh clams and fried ones.
SAGE IS PART OF GADAMGE REGION.

Aflao/Anlo Ewes don't call the Sun, Nudorkutsu, but rather, Ehe, Nudorkutsu in Anlo means sunlight-filled-daylight. Also Ehetoto in Bator/Tongu gbe means Sunlight and not the Sun itself. We need to be correct.

Hi Tat, because u drink all these local asana and others that is why u had that stomach ache, you normally drink bottled water but this drink is not prepared with bottled water so you definitely expose yourself to be contamination
