    Interesting to lesrn....
    In East Africa we prepare the cassava pup/posho/ugali over fire once the water has boiled. We normally do not use the fish stock

    Seems like food in West Africa is the same but known by different names by the location you are at. Like your host said, even different ethnic locals call the same food differently.....hope you all enjoyed the meal.

    In this part of Africa, people don't consume grains, I don't see them in recipes, I miss rice, beans, corn, peas, chickpeas, sesame,...

      If you watch Tatiana's previous video you will see that African people eat a lot of corn as a staple food and beans too.
